•Program implementation: Consortium ICON Germany, PKF UK and EDC Tanzania

•Local Partners: Mainland SIDO; NMB, TCCIA,ZAIN

•Local Partners Zanzibar: ZNCCIA, PBZ, ZAIN

•Program started in August 2008

•Program completion July 2010

•BDG Launch 15 January 2009

•Duration of the first program cycle, 8 months from january till August 2009,

•Duration of second program cycle from September, 2009 till May 2010.
